At this moment, it’s our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout, but as for yesterday and tomorrow, I’d have to say Wee Geech Session IPA.

What is your favorite beer and food pairing?
Saison and Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction

If you were a style of beer, what would you be and why?
Amber Ale: Well-balanced and enjoyed most with friends and food.

And last but not least, what does craft beer mean to you?
Craft Beer has shown me passion, creativity, and friendship. I’m very thankful for the opportunities that I have had within this industry and I look forward to how we will evolve as the years go on.
