What is your favorite beer from Great Lakes?

Year Round: Edmund Fitzgerald Porter - I think this is the most phenomenal porter out there and I’m not just saying that because I work here.

Seasonal: Lake Erie Monster Imperial IPA AKA HEAVEN in a glass

What is your favorite beer and food pairing?

Anything with CHEESE and HOPS (I’m an Italian girl and Italians LOVE cheese). Burning River Pale Ale and Lake Erie Monster pair very nicely with blue cheese and other aged cheeses. Oktoberfest goes well with Sunday pasta when available.

If you were a style of beer, what would you be and why?

Porter…I’m sweet, but can be very potent. Don’t be fooled by my smile. J

And last but not least, what does craft beer mean to you?

Craft beer is just simply amazing. I give a lot of credit to brewers who think outside the box and come up with such creative styles. Savor the beer you are drinking and the work that went into creating that style. Have you hugged a brewer lately? I think we should start the trend and Twitter hashtag #hugabrewer
